A Bavarian Weizen-inspired Belgian-style ale made with Spelt. Spelt is an heirloom wheat variety that can be traced back to 5000 BC and became the staple grain of peasants from the Bronze Age to medieval times. Aromas of clove, apple and pear yield to a subtle nuttiness and sweet banana bread finish.

Had this on draught at Falling Sky in Eugene. Pours a semi hazey orangeish colour with a fluffhead. Nose is really beautiful. Plenty of mango, bubblegum notes. Taste is vibrant, fresh and well carbonated.
