33cl bottle at Norsk drikkekultur (festival) at Aker brygge, Oslo. Pours slightly hazy caramel coloured with a nice tanned head. Rather malty aroma, lots of caramel and some spices and notes of dried fruits and pine too. Fairly sweet and caramelly, but the spices works well with the flavour. Certainly something bitterness too and it feel quite balanced in the end. Smooth and quite easy to drink, maybe a tad boring, but would imagine it would fit well with Christmas food. Could be that the aging has been making it better, anyway certainly decent stuff!
