Back in the days, only uncomplicated and tasteless beers excited and people started feeling bored before happy hour was up. Molotov Lite is a understated tour de force in rebellious hoppiness, it’s a subtle spark for action and yet by far one of the most anti-authoritative beers ever made by Evil Twin Brewing.

Appearance starts well but fades quickly to leave nothing. Pine, flowers and soap aroma. Very hoppy flavour, mostly pine with some melon and pineapple and a hint of malt sweetness. The flavour carries the rest of the beer, well worth a try.

Pours clear amber with a thick, fluffy, and not overly persistent eggshell head. Bold aroma screams hops, woody with some resin, and citrus and malty hints. Flavor hits the palate like an 18-wheeler hauling ass down I-75 and loaded with woody, bitter hops as well as fresh-cut evergreen wood, Mandarin orange, and tasty malt. Vroom! Mouthfeel has about average firmness but plenty of lively fizz. Nothing "lite" about this one!
