COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION: Much has been said about the Danes. Like they seem reserved at first and are obsessed with bikes, food and ‘hygge’ - Danes are always on time, they appear liberal yet traditional and leave their babies outside in prams while they shop. We at Evil Twin Brewing teamed up with fellow Dane at Chocopologie and decided to set the story straight with a IPA infused with cocoa and even more Denmark. The punctual aromas, comfortable taste and liberating body will make you feel like one of the happiest people on earth. Style: Cocoa IPA Brewed: Westbrook Brewing Co ABV: 7%

A big thanks to KJMC from NYC for this one. This was a really good beer. Intended to be a chocolate IPA, I only picked up the IPA. I couldn't find the cocoa presence. No matter, the beer was on the dry side and had a citrusy hop bill. Some pine and resin. The color was orangish. A very solid beer.
