Sometimes in life all we want is something simple and easy. Simplicity is Bliss is exactly that! Made with local malts from Barn Owl Malt in Belleville, this beer has a certain Ontario terroir to it. The pale malt is a touchy darker and the Munich malt is a touch sweeter and in the end it just tastes good. We believe in choosing local when local is good and not for the sake of buying local. I have a feeling that we will be using more local malts in the near future. Grains: Pale Ale, Munich Hops: Cascade Yeast: American Ale
