Explorer series. Stubbie from the brewery with tag, and no label. Pours a hazy golden colour with a light orange hue. White cap, long lasting with some thick lacing. Beautiful herbal aromas with some spiciness, sweet yeast and hints of oranges. The taste is spicy as well with the cloves and hops. Not excessively, but nicely balanced with the wheat malts. A little light for my likings of a witbier, but a good introduction for those who do not know the style.

Picked up a bottle at the brewpub. Pours a fairly large frothy white head that dissipates to a nice thin coating. Thick dirty lacing. Has a pale golden appearance. Lively carbonation. Aromas are wheaty with notes of floral hops and yeast. Flavours are citrusy and wheaty. dry finish. Good retention. Not too bad.
