We are thrilled to bring you our latest collaboration with our friends from Oregon, Great Notion Brewing, Return of the Juice. After deriving Juice = Juice, we went back to the lab to review some of the proofs and hypothesis. After an upgrade, the juice is back! We used a blend of 3 types of wheat, malted oats with a whirlpool of Citra Lupomax, and dry hop Citra, Citra Lupomax, Eclipse, and Motueka. Return of the Juice pours a bright straw yellow and gives off flavors and aromas of Grove-Stand citrus pulp and 5 Alive zest supported by a touch of grassy picnic in new Zealand fields. This dramatic rollercoaster of flavor is balanced by our signature rainbow melon finish making it extremely drinkable. Return of the Juice!

    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

Pours translucent apricot with a thick and lasting buttercream head. Aroma yields resiny hops, juicy grapefruit and orange, zesty nectarine and mango, hints of pineapple and peach and fresh malt. Flavor produces piney hops, juicy and sweet orange, tangy grapefruit, notes of mango, nectarine, hints of peach and pineapple. Texture contributes decent body and peppy fizz. Is this a beer for Star Wars day, or what?
