When Cameron was up from South Carolina we knew we would be making a big imperial Black and White Cookie stout (a few more weeks on that). While we were talking recipes over some Fractal pours, we had the crazy idea to scale Fractal up 3x to create a crazy smooth crushable TIPA and SFPS was born!

Pours hazy, barely translucent apricot with a thick though not long-lived eggshell head. Aroma presents hay, woody and funky hops, tart citrus and tropical, crisp raw malt. Flavor delivers funky, woody hops plus tangy citrus, sweetish tropical, zesty malt. Texture provides firm body, lively fizz and a hoppy and fruoty finish. Go fractal!
