Can you escape the pull of our Collapsar Oatmeal Stout? Coffee-like roasted flavors are smoothed by the addition of oatmeal. Like our Irish brethren, we infuse our stout with nitrogen gas for a creamy head that “collapses” when poured.

Pour is black with a beautiful creamy tan head. Aroma and taste of coffee, chocolate and a bit of burnt malt. Mouthfeel is silky smooth but a little too thin. Could use some more depth and body.

sampler at lazlos. almost black in color and thick bodied. GREAT head and great lacing!aroma is a nice complex array of malts andslight smell of chocolate. taste is similar, but watered down IMHO. this could have been great.

Sampled at Lazlo's. Poured a clear (!) dark-brown color with a thin, light-brown head. Nice lacing. Aroma was slightly malty and very weak. The flavor was very watered down with a hint of coffee. A very weak porter, although not disgusting.
