Almost jet black in color with a dense creamy tan head. Initial aroma is reminiscent of fresh roasted coffee with just a hint of dark chocolate in the background. Oatmeal used during brewing adds a pleasant silkiness on the palate. Our Oatmeal Stout is dispensed with nitrogen to create a rich creamy head that will follow you to the bottom of your pint.

The last one of the day and a big pint and a half of it as well! Pitch black with a small tan head. Not motor oil thick, just enough density to make it fit. Some sweet roasted malts on the nose, i think maybe a littel ginger bread or something too. Taste was full and creamy, went down solid and came out a liquid. Nice beer and nice experience at Emmetts!
