The base of this Pumpkin Rye IPA rests on characterful Maris Otter malt, flacked rye, and a touch of Vienna. Carared and Carafa III were added for some extra color. Pumpkin was added to the mash, and Citra, Equinox, and Mosaic are the hops used in heavy late additions.
