Brewed with future governor Arlen Harris at Tangletown, a bi-partisan Belgian-style Farmhouse Pumpkin Ale. Not purple, but brewed with pale barley malt, dark wheat malt, Munich and Belgian Aromatic malts, with Amber Belgian Candy Sugar and lavender added to the boil with German Northern Brewer and Czech Saaz hops. Pumpkin in the mash, kettle and fermenter. Starting gravity 15.9(1.064).
