Mulligatawny Moon is a golden pumpkin ale shimmering with Indian spice. Cumin, cayenne, coriander, black pepper, turmeric and ginger are unlocked and incorporated in the kettle iwth a simple malt bill of pale, Munich, and Cara-hell and a modest 24 IBU imparted by New Zealand Pacific Gem hops.
