Know smoked squash beer and know yourself. We chose Ben Bottoms’s home brew recipe to duplicate with him for our combined Pro-Am entry this year at GABF (talk about your Battlefield Earth!). Ben’s list of ingredients stretches to the cosmos, including pale, pilsner, Munich, C-60 and C-80 crystal, Dextra-pils, Carafa 2 and wheat malts, and a little flaked barley just for good measure.
