My first pumpkin 🎃 of 2021. Not a pumpkin that I would recommend.Has very little aroma, has a very thin mouthfeel, very little spice but I will say. It pours out black.

Pours rich coffee with a fairly thick dirty tan head. Aroma delivers cinnamon, cloves, roast malt, chocolate, and a hint of coffee. Flavor presents all of the above plus a touch of - well, I suppose pumpkin. Definitely tastes like pumpkin pie plus smoky mocha, only a little spicier. As in clove and cinnamon, not hot peppers. Body is on the thin side for a stout, though fizz is good. Get moony - but please do so responsibly.

From Central City, in a bomber. By no means worth $11. Solid dark pour with a sturdy, ring-producing brown head. Mild, stout-ish aroma but no suggestion of pumpkin or spices. Flavour was that of a stout - dark chocolate and coffee, and only an inkling of pumpkin. Nice mouthfeel and pleasing finish. Good enough stout, just not really a pumpkin stout.

had after night owl and great pumpkin. compared to those 2, the pumpkin presence is hardly there, you really have to work for it. in addition, all spices but the cinnoman are absent. that said, eleysian makes good stout, and this is no excpetion. an excellent roasty choclate bitter stout with a light dash of pumpkin and spice. as a pumpkin beer, a near miss, but as a beer or stout, quite nice.
