If you are like us and have OCD (Obsessive Cake Disorder) then make way for your new infatuation: Elsewhere’s Cake Stouts. For the inaugural edition, we use 50 pounds of red velvet cake mix, alongside bourbon barrel aged Madagascar Vanilla and milk sugar, producing decadence in a glass. We begin with layers of Chocolate and caramel malts producing a clean and approachable stout base with room for sweet goodness to shine through. Sitting at 6.5% it’s that perfect daily slice that we all need right now.
