Stories from Prague praise a dark lager that delights the palate year-round. Our Dark Czech Lager features a mild,malt sweetness with qualities of chocolate, dark fruit and cola. The addition of de-bittered black malt using a technique called “staining” provides a hint of mild roast. Notes of toast, dried cherries, and almonds are perceivable. Pilsner and de-bittered malts are paired with Saaz hops and a Czech Lager yeast for a timeless classic.
