Pale golden in colour, this beer is brewed using a combination of three different malts and four different hops. It has a considerable floral, herby and spicy aroma with refreshing citrus hop and balanced malt flavours followed by a long fully hoppy aftertaste

From the cask, on the patio, under the umbrella, at the Rake, Southwick, 2/2/08. Bubbly white head over a clear golden body. Strong hop aroma - fruity and floral. Clean, fresh taste with prominent hops but a solid malt foundation.

Cask@GBBF2007. Golden colour, mediumsized slightly off-white creamy head. Aroma is fruity and grassy hops. Flavour is fruityness, wodenness and some quite wet earthy notes.
