The brewer’s favorite seasonal beer, this red ale lives up to its name. Simply said, it’s a big, hoppy red ale. Copious amounts of Centennial hops are added to this beer, both in the kettle and the fermentor. Crystal and Pale malt round out this substantial beer and lend a rich red color and body to balance the hops. On tap in August.
