Had two separate bottles with two separate impressions. The first was nearly mind blowing while the next was a serious let down. Pours a copper color with a huge frothy head and blanketing lacing. Faded floral hops evident in both along with some mild whiskey and bread. Calming bitterness, medium bodied and fairly bitter. A tinge of wild bretty yeast in both samples. The 2nd bottle contained a terrible band-aid aroma and after taste that I have detected in some of Elevator's other bottled offerings, but not in this magnitude. The 1st bottle seemed to have traits along the lines of Orval with a complimenting barnyard funk. Not sure of the brewer's intent, a fairly decent concept with some questionable contents.
