Had this at CaraBar on Parsons Avenue, a great little place to find some terrific micros on tap at incredible prices. I ordered the "mini-pitcher", an incredible deal at only $6.50 for 32 oz. This Dopplebock pours vary dark, pretty much pure black, with little head. The aroma was a nice mix of roasted malt and sweetness. The taste was pretty darn nice, a very sweet caramel malt dominated the flavor. The mouthfeel was right on. This one was easy to drink and refreshing.
