For the appreciation of hop purists and the enjoyment of all, a single hopped IPA. Designed with minimal, yet well-rounded grain bill to highlight the classic elements of our rotating featured hop. This round we chose the South African Hop, Southern Passion. Unique and complex, southern passion offers ripe tropical fruit flavors like passion fruit, guava, and coconut as well as citrus and red berries.
