    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 6

500 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered and hazy mid-brown coloured Dunkel with a one finger beige foamy head that had a mid-sized retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is toasted malts, notes of caramel and brown sugar. The flavour is toasted malts, dried fruits, nuts, notes of hay and cocoa powder. The mouthfeel is round, sparkling, sweety grains and quite thin. The texture is watery. This light to medium bodied Dunkel has a dry malty finish. This Dunkel from a small brewery in the Bayerischen Wald, close to the Czech border, seems to lack of stuff !.
