Dec 18, 2008 Updated: Dec 19, 2008 EE#17 S7L5T8F3O17 dry stout One of Scott’s East End fine session brews. Sampled at the brewery and from a growler. Fastidious roasty aroma, just the right amount of olfactory. Fine-looking blackish pour with a classy creamy head. Kind friendly taste leaves hidden burnt wood sensations persistent on the palate. Good carbonation for a mild ale of this nature. Well mannered and easy going. Great stuff from a session beer expert, enjoyable. Will drink another of this. Leaves me content. One of the best cheap dark session beers Ive ever had!
