Belgian-style ‘wit-bier’ or white ale has a light wheat base and is typically spiced with coriander and citrus peel. For a unique twist, we’ve added rose petals as well.

    22oz bottle -

I had never heard of Eagle Rock before, but after this bottle I want to dive into this brewer a little more! One of the better American made wits I've had in a while. Lemon and orange in the aroma, offset by some sugar cookies, honeydew melon, fresh bread and some coriander. Very lemony on the palate, a good heaping of yeast/bread flavor, light corriander with a hint of tartness. Very nice and easy to enjoy.

Sampled on 10/11/2012 at GABF. This witbier pours a slightly hazy yellow gold color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is cereal, fruity and sweet. A medium to light bodied wit. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are earthy. Decent carbonation. Crisp and clean. Light and refreshing. Very easy drinking witbier. Would be a great beer for a warm summer day. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean, smooth and dry. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
