Brewed in Belgium using Dupont’s 172-year-old brewing equipment, techniques, and its revered yeast strain, this collaboration marries the two brewer’s Saison styles and adds American Amarillo and Simcoe hops. The result of this kinship is a dry, refreshing Old World Saison full of peppery spice that finishes with New World flavors of floral orange and earthy pine.

Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 7
Pours clear solar yellow with a very thick and persistent porcelain head. If you get this in a 750ml bomber, it does pop like champagne, but doesn’t appear to fizz like a geyser. Aroma presents subtle but tempting fresh malt, banana, yeasty and citrus tones. Flavor delivers all of the above, but stronger, and tosses an evergreen hop note into the mix. Mouthfeel features decent body and lively fizz. Two friends, one worthy beer.
