500 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Dungarvan shaker pint glass an unfiltered and hazy orange-amber coloured Irish B A with a one finger light beige and creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is yeast, solid malty, fruity, citrus and hoppy bitter. The flavour is intense and deep hoppy bitter, pine, fruity, citrus, deep bitter oranges, grapefruits, notes of caramel. The mouthfeel is fulled, creamy, thick and quite smooth. This medium to full bodied I B A has a lingering hoppy bitter finish. An impressive Irish B A, with an averaging ABV, 4.9 %, but offering a lot of flavours. Nice !

This brewer should do nicely with brews like this.. pours out a honey gold .. has a very nice touch of bitterness, but is very balanced and tasty .. . great craic! .. . cask would be a dream .. . i look forward to trying more from these dudes.. .Hates people, loves porcupines. She's in heat too. Too bad you're not a dog. What can I do ya for?
