Poured a semi-hazed straw color with a small fluffy ivory colored head with great lacing & good head retention. The aroma was of grassyness & breadyness. The taste was of grassyness, lemon hops & grainyness up front. Dryness, & grainy notes dominate as this warms, a long a slight bready sweetness. Finishes grainy & watered down, fell apart at the end. The mouthfeel was light bodied with soft carbonation, really thins out at the end.

Sampled on 12/9/2008. This wheat beer pours a medium gold color from a 12oz bottle. Medium sized white foamy head, with nice retention and decent lacing. The aroma is fairly mild, touch of cereal, some spicy hops. A medium to light bodied wheat beer. The malts are cereal and grain. The hops are slightly spicy and a touch floral. Not a lot of banana and clove flavors, if any at all. Kind of mild, boring and inoffensive tasting, but nothing offensive or off. Lively carbonation. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

This brew pours a hazey golden colour with a large fluffy white head. Aroma is pretty weak, little notes of orange peel berries and wheat. Taste is a litle dull also. Semi sweet with a weak slightly watery finish.

An American style hefeweizen, the label read wheat beer so i hope i am reviewing the right beer. My first beer from Dundee out of my sampler 12 pack was interesting, It was very clear for a hefe and rather cloudy for a wheat, decent carbonation, and a thin white head. There wasnt much aroma to speak of. The taste was of a little wheat, it was kind of bland, but it wasnt offensive. Mouthfeel was o.k. a little thin, but a crisp finish. Overall a decent beer, but i probably wouldnt purchase a six pack of it.

Presentation: Poured from a 12oz bottle into my "duff beer" hefeweizen glass. Appearance: It has a light hazy golden color with an off white or light beige head. The head builds up thick and slowly fades to a thinner covering. The lace is slick and sides down with the beer as I drink it. Smell: The aroma has sweet wheat and doughy malt essence along with a light, all most fruity yeast as well. Taste/Mouth feel: The flavor has some sweet doughy malt and wheat flavors that are a bit light and thin but refreshing. The finish has a light crisp citrus edge that I like. Its body is light with a smooth creamy palate. Notes: It a nice safe flavor. Nothing is out of balance or offensive just mellow.
