This handcrafted brew is our most popular beer. Could it be the mild hop character and smooth drinkability that brings people back? The light color and medium body? The name?

A dark yellow beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with a light note of caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with a very slight hoppyness and a very light bitter end, but also hints of metal towards the end. A very light bodied beer.

Pours a clear gold with a light flavor. There is not a whole lot going on with this beer in the flavor or the aroma. It is a clean tasting beer and nonoffensive, but that's about all.

On tap at the Hanover brewpub. Very mild, very good, slight kick to it. Color is a little light, which carries over to the taste, but a solid beer nonetheless.
