    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8

500 ml capped bottle, bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Dremel bavarian seidla an unfiltered and light hazy deep brown coloured Dark Lager with a one finger beige and creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is light roasted malts, caramel, a light smoked feeling and pronounced barnyard notes. The flavour is roasted and sweety malts, caramel, bready and dried fruits, nuts. The mouthfeel is light crispy and very smooth. The texture is a bit oily. This light to medium bodied Dark Lager has a dry roasted malts finish. A superb Dunkles from a tiny franconian brewery located on the Bamberger hills. I like it.
