On tap at brewery. Pours a deep black color. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is chocolate and coffee and slightly sweet. A medium bodied sweet stout. Malts are roasty, chocolate and coffee. Touch of vanilla. This stout is mostly roasty malts and semi sweet chocolate flavors. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

On Tap at West Coast Brew Fest: Pours out a nice dark, black liquid, tannish head, small in size with great lacing. Aroma is roasty, bitter chocolate and creamy. Mouthfeel is full and round. Flavor is sweet, malty, mostly chocolate, some lactic acid also. Good beer, but Drake's makes so much better stuff.

Sample @ Ob’rien’s: Pours with a black body topped by a thin head with som lacing. The aroma and flavor are sweet and malty with a roasty note and chocolate and cream notes. Full bodied, smooth and a touch dry.
