Be VERY careful when you open this - my sample popped like champagne and spewed like a geyser. I think half of it ended up on the desk (thankfully none on my Mac - I am not about to replace it again, at least not immediately!) or on the floor. When it finally settles down, it pours opaque chocolate with a nice buff head. Aroma offers up tart and slightly sweet fruit. Flavor delivers zesty tart dark and pomme fruit plus hints of roast malt. Mouthfeel features fair body and lively fizz. Haviken a glass.
