A sunrise trip to the Weathers hop farm outside Salem yielded us sackfuls of plump, picked-that-morning Crystal hops. This brew has fantastically juicy and mouth-coatingly resinous qualities, while remaining balanced and super-drinkable. Brewed with organic Pilsner Malt, imported crystal malts, and fresh Oregon hops.
