Nitro brown ale. Dapper Dan is a session ale in the British tradition. It is robust in flavor yet quite low in alcohol, to enable rich conversation over plenty of pins without getting totally shnockered. Four different roasted malts add complexity, while our Kolsch yeast delivers it's classic roundness and a restrained fruitiness.

Served on nitro at the brewery with a perfect pour and a half inch of offwhite foam. Nearly black of a brown. Not really any aroma because of the nitro so I'll give it a 6. Very smooth as you would expect and very mild. Flavor of roasted malt and light fruit. A good beer ane I wish I could have more but just came from full sail and have to drive.
