330 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Trompe Souris pint an unfiltered hazy golden-yellow coloured Ale with a short one finger slightly beige foamy head that had a short retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is moderate sweety malts, aciditic fruits, grapefruits, citrus, apples. The flavour is grainy malts, corn, flowery notes and a salty sensation. The mouthfeel is fizzy, thin and even watery. This light bodied Ale has a dry malty finish. A quite anonymous Ale from the French West coast.
