Pint can pours with a slightly hazy gold body that supported a short lived white head of foam. The aroma offers up tart smelling pale malt sweetened lemon and lime followed closely by earthly yeast and salt. The taste delivers fairly big notes for the style with lemon tartness right up front flowing into a tart green apple note and then a thin ring of salt. Tart and refreshing and pretty deep with flavor.
