Thanks to PaleAleRider for this one. Pours a hazy pale-golden colour with a huge head, actually my whole glass is all head at first pour. Fluffy, off-white, great retention and some foamy lace. Aromas of Pils hops, citrus, wtibier yeast, spices and grainy malts. Decent bite at first with sharp hops and spices. Citrus notes again and crazy carbonation continues. More of a hoppy pilsner than a witbier. Maybe became like this as cellared over a year.

Pours a good size foamy white head and has a slightly cloudy golden appearance. Thick dirty lacing. Aromas of wheats, citrus hops and piney notes. Flavours are very citrusy and tangy. Some notes of grapefruit are quite noticeable almost immediately followed by some hints of lemon/lime. Also some grassy and piney notes. Faint sourness. A bit of a tangy sensation on the palate in the finish. Nice crisp bitterness as well. Medium retention. Fairly likely carbonation. Very good.
