Last bottle from their 2022 Péché collection 4-pack. Dark brown colour with little copper highlights. The head is creamy, mocha-coloured with good retention and lots of thick creamy lacing. Roasted malt nose with some hints of smokiness, alcohol, butterscotch and Bourbon sweetness.. The Bourbon shows a little more in the taste, lingering with the dry finish. Wood notes, some coffee with the hoppy end adds decent bitterness. Maybe a touch of vanilla in there. A nicely balanced, warming Imperial Stout with a shot of coffee and Bourbon.

Stolked...hurry up waitress... faster faster, pour faster!!!!! Inky bladness with decent big bubble crown. Nose is filled with big sweet burbon, massive vanilla. Must wait a while beer was poured to cold. Fruity coffee..... seems wrong, aroma is actaully very simple but so fucking yummy. This is so smooth and creamy almost like a coffee infused cake batter. Milk chocolate, vanilla, massive burbon but no alcohol, a very mild bitter in the finish. I’m having a hard time nailing down the fruit i want to say fruit punch mixed with banana. Last sip hit mild ash. So good best beer in a very long time.
