Had on tap at Bistro L'Autre Oeil, Aylmer. Pours a huge foamy white head and has a pale golden appearance. Nice thick dirty lacing. Aromas of citrus and floral hops, very lemony, cascade hop is pretty noticeable. Very hoppy flavours at first, then some citrus tang and lemony notes as well as light roasted malts and sweet malts. Lemony tang in the finish. Great astringent mouthfeel, very tarty. Full bodied. Hoppy bitterness and fairly sweet. Great taste and goes down so nicely. Quite refreshing!
