An intriguing, complex Ale with medium-copper color, it is the ultimate expression of an IPA with hearty spice aromas and extreme hop flavors.

Pours a coppery orange color with thick, fairly tall off white head with some decent lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of citrus hops and pine up front with a sweet maltiness that follows...not much else going on. The taste is piney, citrusy hops that are balanced well with some bready, sweet malts, nothing overpowers, very well balanced. The mouth feel is medium bodied with a decent amount of carbonation.

Pours a nice clear amber with a fairly thick and fluffy ivory head. Aroma is hoppy but not strong or complex. Tolerable, though. Hoppy flavor has a fruity underpinning, orange and apple, stronger than what the aroma promises. Texture has average fizz and viscosity, and leaves an acceptable hoppy finish. Definitely not the best IPA I have had - but palatable. Good for a party.

Dark copper body, decent head and good lacing....a bit dark for an IPA. Jumbled hops coming off a bit stale although the beer is fresh. Hints of citrus and earth. Caramel and biscuits. Sub-par IPA.
