Another bottle shared by slob. The pour featured a big head, nice retention, full copper colored off-white head. Aroma was vegetal, caramel, bitter finish, some spicing and dry cocoa. Thee flavor was much the same with some roast and astringency too. Bourbon? Really? Where? Highly carbonated mouthfeel, lively. Overall, just didn't meld together well, a bit rough. Thanks for the opportunity, another fun run, Bert!
