Simple Wheat Thing is a young, mixed fermentation beer that has been fermented and conditioned in stainless steel. A delicate beer with fruity esters, low bitterness and clean acidity. This beer will pick up complexity over time. N.B this is the stainless steel version of the Barrel Aged Simple Wheat Thing.

375 ml bottle, vintage 2021, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 5.8%. Slightly hazy and very pale straw colour, small white head. Aroma of lactic acid and mild spices, some yeasty notes, fruity hints. The flavour is medium sour and citric, quite refreshing, low bitterness.
