We looked to acclaimed Chef José Andrés to help us create a Spanish take on the farmhouse-style saison. The addition of lemon verbena, pink peppercorn, sumac, and dried lime infuse the Chef’s distinctive flavors into the brew – an ale purposefully crafted to complement all your culinary endeavors. Or to be savored all by itself. Malt: Pilsner, Vienna, Spelt Malt, Flaked Oats, Munich, Crystal Hops: Saaz Other: French Saison Yeast, Sour Wort, Dried Lime, Pink Peppercorn, Sumac, Lemon Verbena

22 oz bottle. Pours clear straw gold with a big creamy white head that retains well and leaves some lacing.
The aroma is bready malts Belgian yeast and fruits.
The flavor is lots of sweet citric fruit with a Belgian base and a little pepper. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with slightly sharp carbonation.
Overall, a nice Belgian with lots of fruit.
