Michigan Riesling and Oregon Pinot Noir grapes age with Mt. Hood whole flower hops and Pilsner malt in Muscat casks. The fruit aroma unites with Belgian yeast esters and oak for a crisp, dry and slightly tart flavor. Sip slowly and enjoy the complexity.

Black waxed 22oz bomber pours with a crystal clear copper body that supports a weak dirty white head. The aroma offers up apples, plums, white grapes, a raisin or two and then a mild level of sugary honey malts. The taste starts with apple and grape sweetness before some tannin and white wine like tartness shoulder in amid the sweet notes. To midway a raspberry sort of Bing cherry thing murmurs to the surface. It then lingers with white wine and modest tartness well into the after taste. Not my bag.
