Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7
330 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered hazy golden-yellow coloured Witbier with a three fingers white creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is wheat malts, yeast, big cloves, aciditic fruits, citrus, peaches and dried fruits, almonds. The flavour is wheat malts, yeast, grains, bread, aciditic fruits, citrus, grapefruits. The mouthfeel is fizzy, quite thin with a not unpleasant salty sensation. This light bodied Witbier has a long aciditic fruits finish. A tasting and refreshing Wit from a tiny farm-brewery located on an island.
