Next stop on my mini beer tour with Blue Lou - the brewery rocks! I could drink this beer all summer long! Corriander and citrus to the nose in a nice proportion to the wheat character. Hazy orange with a moderate white head. Rich to the pallette without overwhelming the senses. Flavors match the aromas - and the flavor is spot-on.

Summer seasonal - On tap @ Depot Street Brewery. A slightly cloudy yellow-amber pour with a decent head and some lacing. Good carbonation. Aromas of sweet, wet wheat, slightly yeasty, a good dose of orange and citrus, and a touch of coriander. Taste is very refreshing and clean, a bit more intense than most Wits, nice balance of orange, coriander, malts, and slight yeast. Very clean, slightly intense, extremely refreshing - a very nice hot weather brew from this tiny brewery. Next time I will get a growler of this one...
