Bottle refermentation. A medium amber and cloudy coloured beer with a thin beige foam and a small retention. Aroma is fruity, nuts,figs, plums and orange. The mouthfeel is sweet malts with hints of licorice. A light bodied beer. Too sweet for me.

Bottled. Hazy orange colour with small beige head. Aroma is hay, spices and some slight citrus. Flavour is fruits, hay, yeast and some quite sugary sweetness. Rather "witbier meets bock", or something like that feeling to it. Interesting brew.
