Those who are inducted are often the best of the best or ones that change the game. When we set out to make a truly great game-changing IPA we started with Canadian two-row and caramel malts to give rich amber depth and balanced malt flavours. A variety of American hops give aromas of citrus, grapefruit and pine with a desirable burn on the finish. At 5.6% this IPA is very sessionable and makes a great beer to sip on while grilling or for use in marinades. Pairs well with blue cheese, spicy dishes like curry and most red meats.
