A medium bodied, deep golden colored pale ale with a strong hop bitterness, flavor and aroma. It has been over one year and I finally can make a IPA and had to use some of our home grown hops to do it.

Description said that they used hops from their beir garden, which one has to appreciate. Overall I was neither blown away nor disappointed. I like to experience more aroma in an IPA, but it is an average, but well-made IPA and I would not hesitate to have another.

On draught at the Brewhaus in Delafield: Poured a clear orange with a big white head. Floral with immediate pine notes. Fruit forward, dark and fresh with grassy and herbaceous notes. Citrus mouthfeel, very smooth and slightly spicey.
