Bottled@Man In The Moon, Stockholm. Amber colour, mediumsized slightly off-white head. Aroma is mild sweet fruits and wood mixed with some tartness. Flavour is equal, rather sweet, but also has some dry tartness and dry wooden notes kicking in. Mellows out and gets a bit more earthier with the yeast poured in. Also gets some slight spicy notes along with the yeast.

Bottle at Akkurat, Stockholm. Pours out in a clear dark golden appearance, low creamy white head. Pleasant aroma of lemon-peels, grapefruit, apples and barnyard. Flavourvise it’s not as acidic as the best examples of the style but it’s still quaffable. Lemon-peels, green apples, hay and grapefruit on a solid malt base. Lemony aftertaste with strong notes of green apples
